Meadowglade is seeking a Facility Manager to provide both strategic direction and hands‑on leadership for our full campus environment. This role ensures that our properties, support services, and client‑facing spaces consistently reflect the highest standards of safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.

As Facility Manager, you will lead core operational teams—including the GSS Supervisor, Chefs, Housekeeper, and Janitor—while partnering closely with Executive, Clinical, and Program leadership to maintain a seamless, client‑centered experience. The Meadowglade is a rehabilitation center specializing in mental health and eating disorders and fosters an environment of restorative healing. Our individualized approach to therapy ranges from evidence-based treatment methods like EMDR psychotherapy to creative music and art therapies. The Meadowglade is part of Centered Health, which operates a diverse network of behavioral health treatment centers ensuring that clients receive individualized comprehensive care in the most appropriate setting. If you’re energized by service, leadership, and operational ownership—and you bring the following qualifications—we’d love to speak with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in facilities, property, or operations management
  • Experience working in a Residential Mental Health or related care environment strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supervising management‑level or lead-level staff
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, families, staff, and external vendors
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean DMV record
  • Group Home Administrator Certification (pre‑hire or within 6 months)

Provide Leadership, Stability, and High‑Quality Operations Across the Meadowglade Campus

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Facility Manager serves as the central leader overseeing the physical campus, guest services, support functions, and environmental safety. You will balance daily operational oversight with strategic planning, cross‑department coordination, and team leadership to ensure that services and spaces consistently meet Meadowglade’s standards for hospitality and care.

Facilities & Property Oversight

  • Establish and uphold facility standards to keep the property safe, compliant, and “hotel‑ready.”
  • Conduct property walks at least three times weekly to identify maintenance, safety, or environmental issues.
  • Schedule and supervise routine and preventative maintenance, including gutters, carpets, drains, and required inspections.
  • Manage and oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality work and photo documentation.
  • Review and approve all vendor invoices, verifying completion of services.

Program & Leadership Oversight

  • Provide direct supervisory leadership to the GSS Supervisor for the main house.
  • Partner with the Program Director, Program Manager, and GSS Supervisor to support cohesive programming and service delivery.
  • Assist in resolving concerns involving safety, environment, logistics, and operational barriers.
  • Elevate significant program, service, or compliance issues to the Executive Director.

Inventory, Supplies & Operational Support

  • Ensure all residential, office, and operational supplies remain fully stocked and purchased cost‑effectively.
  • Oversee petty cash usage related to outings and operational needs, in collaboration with residential leaders.
  • Coordinate outings logistics, scheduled deliveries, and transportation needs across both houses.

Administrative & Financial Responsibilities

  • Manage all utilities and property‑related accounts, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Oversee mail processing and time‑sensitive correspondence.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on invoice approvals, payables, and bill reconciliation.

Intakes, Tours & Visitor Support

  • Conduct or coordinate tours for prospective clients, families, and business development partners.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary liaison between facilities and program leadership, maintaining consistent communication with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Program leaders.
  • Be accessible for facility‑related emergencies as needed.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight for the GSS Supervisor, Chefs, Housekeeper, and Janitor.
  • Support hiring, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping, compliance with breaks and meal periods, and adherence to training requirements.
  • Oversee performance reviews, improvement plans, staff goals, and ongoing development.

Transportation & Safety

  • Maintain and enforce compliance with all driving and vehicle safety standards.

Additional Duties

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
