  • Oversee the operational workflow of the Admissions Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across platforms like Salesforce, KIPU, CTM, and SharePoint.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality control, conducting audits and managing reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate insurance tracking and financial data, supporting billing and compliance processes.
  • Contribute to process development, helping refine admissions procedures and improve service quality.
  • Enjoy a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on improving lives through behavioral health care.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with pay starting at $25-$28 per hour.

To be a good fit for the The Admissions Quality Analyst opportunity, you will have:
 
  • Possesses a High School diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 5 or more years of experience in Admissions Department or related field.
  • Demonstrates a genuine desire to work with the population served.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with DocuSign, KIPU and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing subordinate team members.

Just as important will be the following competencies and characteristics:
  • Must be a problem solver, patient, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, charisma, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions when necessary.
  • Ability to exercise professional judgment in performing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to Centered Health policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will work on-site in our central, easily accessed Culver City location. The office has lots of parking, an immaculate, comfortable environment inside including a café with free snacks, and a calming setting with trees and a nearby park outside. You'll work typical business hours, with the potential for some longer hours during period close activities.

You will oversee the operational workflow of the Admissions Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all systems — including Salesforce, KIPU, CTM, SharePoint, and Excel. This role provides oversight of data integrity, client coordination, insurance tracking, and reporting processes. Quickly Identify, Communicate and take responsibility for errors and design implementation of corrective actions.

More specifically, you will:
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems including Salesforce, KIPU, CTM, Excel, and SharePoint through regular audits and quality control.
  • Manage insurance and financial tracking, including Single Case Agreements, recertifications, and verification of benefits to support billing and compliance.
  • Coordinate reporting and logistics, preparing performance metrics, bonus reports, and client transportation arrangements.
  • Develop and refine admissions processes, contributing to continuous improvement in efficiency, service quality, and interdepartmental communication.
