To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams, particularly in a residential treatment facility setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as KiPu.
  • First aid and CPR certification, along with a valid driver's license and a clean DMV report.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily facility operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Actively supporting staff through training and onboarding, fostering a welcoming and high-performing team environment.
  • Conducting weekly group therapy sessions and monitoring program oversight to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assisting with program scheduling, staff coverage, and shift management.
  • Performing regular audits of shift notes and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
  • Leading staff meetings, advocating for career development opportunities, and managing the Behavioral Technician team.
  • Collaborating with facility vendors and managing maintenance schedules to keep our environment safe and inviting.
