Are you a passionate connector who thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping those who have served our country? Join Centered Health as a Veteran Affairs Liaison, where you’ll represent our behavioral health services across the Veteran Affairs (V.A.) ecosystem, forging partnerships and creating pathways for veterans, current military personnel, and their families to access vital mental health treatment.
In this high-impact role, you’ll travel to V.A. sites and events, develop strategic outreach initiatives, and serve as the key link between our treatment centers and the veteran community. You’ll craft and execute outreach strategies, foster new referral sources, and support our census goals while making a direct difference in people’s lives.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships within the V.A. system to drive client referrals
  • Represent Centered Health at community and V.A. events across the region
  • Design outreach strategies, presentations, and tours to educate and engage key decision-makers
  • Maintain and track activity in Salesforce and report regularly on performance
  • Enjoy a role that offers autonomy, variety, and purpose—plus full-time pay and benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the CEO. Local travel and attendance at events are essential components of the role. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

The pay for this role is $90,000-$100,000 base plus a monthly incentive plan and monthly car allowance.

If this role excites you and you bring the following experience, we’d love to connect:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, healthcare, or behavioral health, with a proven track record of generating referrals and building partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • A.A. or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with the veteran or military community is highly desired
Preferred but not required:
  • Salesforce proficiency and familiarity with CRM and outreach tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning, growing, and making a difference

Be the Bridge Between Veterans and Lifesaving Care

As our Veteran Affairs Liaison, you’ll develop and maintain relationships within the V.A. community, identifying opportunities for collaboration and client referrals. You will engage with decision-makers, deliver tailored presentations and tours, and represent Centered Health at events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with V.A. contacts to uncover needs and promote services
  • Identifying key players within the V.A. and establishing long-term partnerships
  • Planning and executing strategic outreach objectives (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Documenting outreach efforts and maintaining data in Salesforce
  • Designing referral strategies tailored to the veteran and military population
  • Attending and representing Centered Health at key events
  • Reporting performance metrics and supporting census goals through relationship development
