You're a strong patient advocate with a service-first approach, solid case management skills, and experience working in mental health, social or human services, or community relations. You bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with patients, internal teams, and external providers and community members. What You'll Bring to the Table
Education and required experience:
- 3+ years of experience:
- Working in a mental health treatment center, social work setting, community relations, or human services environment
- In discharge planning
- In EMR documentation
- Working knowledge of diagnostic assessments, addiction and related interventions
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Ability to drive locally up to 30%
In addition, the following core competencies and characteristics are desired:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, with strong customer service relations and performance improvement skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple cases effectively
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment options to provide informed support
- Familiarity with community resources and support services available for clients
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, and presentations
You will work onsite, Monday through Friday. This hourly role pays $25 to $29 per hour, depending on your experience.
