To be a good fit for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in administering payroll and/or benefits. Quick question for you - click here
  • 1+ years of ADP experience managing payroll and benefits. Quick question for you - click here
  • An understanding of state regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
  • A general understanding of human resources functions relevant to payroll and benefits.
  • Experience producing reports.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate technical information into language that is accessible to employees.
  • Computer savvy and familiarity with payroll/benefits platforms and Microsoft Office. 
  • A strong detail orientation.

You will process payroll and administer benefits programs for employees. This will include handling various day-to-day tasks, including helping onboard new employees, coordinating open enrollment and ensuring regulatory compliance for payroll. Quick question for you - click here
