Reporting to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, you will provide a high level of customer service to adults (clients) living on the property, ensuring they have what they need while following the lead of your supervisor and the requirements of the role. You will act professionally and appropriately in all of your client interactions, being friendly and helpful, but not a friend. You'll never directly correct clients, but will observe and report as required.
You will perform a variety of tasks including housekeeping (e.g., doing dishes after meals, taking laundry up and down the stairs, driving the van for shopping trips, transport, emergencies, etc., and facilitating activities).

- Participating in shift briefing with other staff to review any pertinent tenant information, upcoming appointments, and duties that need to be completed.
- Ensuring the home is neat and tidy at all times. Housekeeping duties include tidying up, dishes washed several times throughout the day, light laundry, trash cans emptied, floors swept, organizing closets, wiping countertops, etc.).
- Facilitating activities such as game nights, movie nights, art activities and nature walks.
- Transporting tenants to appointments, outings, or shopping trips as necessary.
- Remaining in the center of the home so that tenants know where to find Guest Service Specialists should they need assistance.
- Facilitating breakfast by putting out the breakfast foods (muffins, cereal, fruit etc.) for the tenants to enjoy.
- Providing a high level of customer service for tenants, assisting them with tasks when necessary.
- Communicate any facility needs or general issues to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor.
