The is a role for a consultative sales professional with outstanding relationship building skills
To be a good fit for the Community Partnerships Director opportunity, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or similar field Is preferred.
- Sales / business development / account management experience including:
- 2+ years of experience in business development in behavioral/mental health is preferred.
- Proven track record developing new business and referrals.
- Extensive experience in creating, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills; experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
- Organized and reliable with outstanding customer service and presentation skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Internet research; CRM software, ideally Salesforce. Quick question for you - click here
- A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and clean driving record with a willingness to work out in the field and travel locally 60+%. Quick question for you - click here
- Solid network of healthcare-based relationships in settings including Hospitals, Facilities, Clinics, Colleges and Universities in Southern California is highly preferred.
You'll be seated in our corporate location in Culver City but we anticipate that you'll visit other Centered Health locations and work in the field (primarily Los Angeles and Ventura counties) 3+ days per week.
Additional work-related requirements:
- Activities require a significant amount of sitting at the office, at work desks, and in front of a computer monitor.
- Must be able to lift and carry light objects and parcels as an incidental part of the job.
- Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.
- Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.
- Must be able to travel by car and drive.
